It was a pleasant stay and I would stay there again if in the area.
Not much. Hotel is old and the rooms and services reflect its age. All is outdated and disappointing.
The price is far too much for the quality of service and the amenities.
Staff were friendly and decorations for Christmas were very lovely
Kept missing the main entrance as its not well marked at the end of the driveway. Also having to drive all around in a circle to get back to enrance was annoying.
exit, entry to road
Location, friendly staff
Long walk to the room (358) Bar service was terrible. It was a Monday evening at the bar; however, we ordered a Smirnoff Ice and received a Vodka on the rocks. I ordered an Irish coffee and got a decaf coffee - hot with milk.
Special thanks to the Manager who addressed a room issue in an excellent manor. Many thanks for this. Also special thanks to the night auditor Terry who offered me some of his personal refreshment at 5:30 a.m. while walking around with a migraine and looking to swallow some medication. I have stayed at the Fredericton Inn many times in my past working life and felt comfortable in booking the Inn for my wife and friends as we travelled through NB. The lobster dinner was also terrific as it was the first for our friends and we were delighted with the quality, service and price of the dinner. Look forward to visiting again.
The room was great - lots of space and good set up. We were very comfortable during our stay. The location of the hotel is very accessible from the highway and downtown. Will definitely plan to stay there on our next trip to Fredericton.
Friendly staff and good housekeeping
We had some confusion when trying to go to dinner in the inn restaurant. In guest services it was listed as open until 9 30, down by the door it was advertised open until 10. We went down at just after 9 and it was closed. This could be due to the storm though. Ended up driving around in the storm for some fast food.
The staff was very courteous & friendly. The room was very spacious with a good sized bathroom. It was very clean with lots of towels. We found it very good value for the price. We loved that it had both a restaurant & a bar.
We really had no dislikes. We were very impressed.
Staff very helpful & friendly. They gave us a upgrade to a bigger room with comfortable sofa & chairs.
My wife & I both like to read in bed.Was surprised there was a reading lamp on only one side of the bed.Not sure if all rooms are like that.
We were able to cancel our 2nd night without penalty and the staff were excellent, friendly and willing to help. We had a lovely prime rib dinner in the evening and a great breakfast in the abutting restaurants.
The first room we entered smelled badly of dirty laundry and reluctantly we asked for another. The young man on desk mentioned that room had been rented and the carpets not cleaned and we appreciated his honesty and willingness to switch rooms. Alert to the carpet situation, I noticed the second room we kept had dots of tar? along its surface.
The Delux Queen room was spacious, fresh decor and comfortable. The staff were pleasant and friendly.
The only thing we found a bit inconvenient was the one way direction for getting out of the property.
The room was large, comfortable, and lovely. We ate dinner in the Regency dining room, and had an excellent meal. Staff were great, and the price was quite reasonable. This place is a winner, and I recommend it very highly.
Access to the Inn is a bit difficult because Regent street is a divided highway. You must be traveling south to enter the hotel driveway.
It was a nice, clean hotel, with very friendly staff. Would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to anyone. Very close to downtown Fredericton, plus shopping facilities.
